After beginning our relationship with a complimentary consult, as your doula I am committed to your well being. I am available to contact whenever needed throughout your entire pregnancy, and will continue to support you into your postpartum season.

I’ll be checking in regularly to see how you’re doing and to share helpful information and tips to make sure you’re comfortable as you prepare for your special day. You can always count on my ongoing support and my readiness to answer any questions that come to mind.

I strive to provide you with unbiased and non-judgmental care and education during your pregnancy, ensuring that you feel empowered and truly prepared for the amazing experience that lies ahead.

I support your birth experience, your way - I will never impose my personal opinions onto your birth experience, whether that experience is unmedicated or medicated, low or high intervention, or if you stick to your birth plan to the letter or change it all up in the moment; I'm here for YOU. I will respectfully honor your unique journey, no matter how it unfolds.

You can trust that I will be with you every step of the way throughout your birth experience, whether it’s a spontaneous labor, an induction, using natural pain relief methods, opting for an epidural, or navigating a Cesarean birth - planned or unexpected. You can absolutely rely on my training and expertise throughout the process.

During labor and birth, I’ll be right there with you to offer both physical and emotional support, helping you to embrace the beautiful experience of welcoming your baby into the world just as you’ve imagined.

After baby is born, I'll stay with you at your place of birth for a couple of hours with a focus on caring for you — making sure you've had a meal, keeping you comfortable, assisting with breastfeeding if that is how you choose to feed your baby, and preparing you and your family for the next days ahead.
